I initiate proceedings without delay: public prosecutor’s office, central authority, and consular authorities.
Criminal complaints where necessary.
The objective is to immediately activate the international judicial process.

Urgent applications before the French courts: family court judge, travel bans, registration on wanted persons databases.
At the same time, legal action is initiated to obtain the child’s return.

The outcome is also decided abroad.
I activate a lawyer from my local network to bring proceedings before the competent courts and obtain a return order as quickly as possible.

I organize a proactive defense strategy: negotiation where appropriate, or reliance on the exceptions provided by the Hague Convention:
